MULTI STAGE PUMP - HORIZONTAL

Twin-screw pump is the most versatile of all viscous liquid pumps. With the inherent characteristics of positive displacement, pulse-free flow and high-suction lift/self-priming capabilities, it delivers smooth, constant flow across a wide range of viscosities, temperatures and pressures.
Various forms of constructions such as horizontal, vertical and casing with liner are available. The pump can handle various clean liquid without solid grain, low or high viscosity medium and even corrosive medium with suitable material selection.Suction of the pump is at the flank and discharge is on the top, the pump has small cubage therefore occupying small amount of space.

HOLLOW ROTARY DISC PUMP



We supply Hollow Rotary Disc Pump. Hollow disc set eccentrically on the pump shaft and guided by the Diaphragm separating the suction from the delivery chambers. When the shaft rotates, the disc oscillates remaining tangent in any position to the two diametrically opposite walls of the casing, thus forming two mobile fluid-tight joints.

In every position the disc is radially and axially balanced . There are no radial components which could detach the disc or press it against the casing, therefore the liquid does not tend to escape.

The resultant pressure force is the same in any position so that the absorbed power amount is always uniform. The elastic device acts like a spring by keeping the disc in grazing contact with the cylindrical walls of casing, thus creating an elastic coupling between the central bearing of the disc and the shaft.

AUTOMATIC RECIRCULATION VALVES

Automatic Recirculation Valve

Pump protection valves are required to ensure the minimum flow rate of a pump at all times. This protects the pump against overheating, cavitation and thereby destruction. If the flow through the pump falls below a certain level the bypass system opens and the fluid will be re-circulated providing the required minimum flow for the pump.

Valves work in a modulating way. Should the discharge increase, then the amount of fluid re-circulated by the bypass is automatically reduced and vice versa. This increases the efficiency of the entire system and optimises the economy in the low-load operation.

The pump protection works entirely over the inside valve technology. The volume by which the process decreases is measured independent of the pressure – the amount returned over the bypass is adapted automatically.
